Seer Green School Readathon 2026

From 2nd–27th March, Seer Green pupils will be taking part in a school-wide Readathon to celebrate World Book Day and raise money for our school.

Children will be encouraged to read as much as they can across 4 weeks. All types of reading count – picture books or chapter books, reading independently or with someone else. For our youngest readers, listening to a story being read can count too. The focus is on enjoying books and building a regular reading habit, whether that’s a few minutes a day or more.

All money raised will go towards replacing class tablets, many of which are now outdated or no longer working. These tablets are used to support learning across the school, so your donation will make a real difference in the classroom.
