YEAR 3 £20.26 CHALLENGE

As it’s 2026, we’re challenging everyone to raise £20.26 to help fund the adventure playground regeneration. This could be an individual challenge, or you could join forces with friends or classmates.

Each year group has a slightly different target based on the number of pupils. The year group that raises the most vs their target will get a special prize to end the school year. We will also be awarding prizes for creativity and all participants will receive recognition of their achievements.

Here are some ideas to help you get started. As this is the 2026 challenge, we thought that the number 26 might inspire some good ideas.

Remember, you don’t need to do all of these things, you could pick one or come up with your own. Choose the idea that works best for you and your family.

You could ask your grown up to donate if you promise to:

• Make your bed for 26 days
• Help with the washing up
• Lay the table every day for 26 days
• Help prepare meals
• Feed your animals / walk the dog
• Be kind to your sibling(s)

You could ask your family and friends to sponsor you to:

• Read every day for 26 days
• Walk to school
• Ride your bike or scooter for a certain distance
• Score 26 goals
• Keep silent for up to 26 mins!
• Reduce / limit your screen-time for 26 days
• Learn 26 words in another language

You could make and/or sell things...

• Cakes and sweet treats
• Friendship bracelets
• Pens or keyrings
• Old toys, games or books
• Craft activities
