Did you know?
1 in 4 children say that they are bullied a lot or always. We don't think any child should be bullied. We want bullying to stop.
We’ve been helping children for forty years. A lot has changed since then - but we still need to protect children from bullying and harm.
With your help, we can help thousands more children stand up to bullying.

What we do
We help keep children safe from harm. This means that we help children who are being bullied, along with their families. We also help children and teachers to learn about bullying, self-esteem and healthy friendships.
We offer lots of different kinds of help:
- Our ZAP workshops, which are free for children and their parents/carers. They teach you about how to stand up to bullying, and give you practical tools to help if you're being bullied.
- Our Parent Advice Line, so that any adult can call us for advice on how to help a child who is being bullied.
- Our advice pages, which have lots of information for children and parents on bullying and how to make it stop
- Our workshops in schools, where we help to teach children and teachers about bullying and healthy relationships

Where does my money go?
- £10 could pay for a child to attend a ZAP in Schools workshop.
- £50 could help pay for a child to be trained as a peer mentor.
- £75 could pay for a young adult to train as a Kidscape Community Leader.
- £100 can help keep our Advice Line service up and running for a month.
- £200 can help pay for a family impacted by bullying to attend a Kidscape ZAP Community workshop.
How you can support Kidscape Campaign For Children’s Safety:
Your help can make a big difference! Here are some things you can do:
- Take a look at our fundraising resources. You can look at the fundraising pack and pick something that you like the look of, or fundraise with your friends at school using our school fundraising pack
- Encourage people to donate
If you can't raise any money, there are lots of other things you can do to help!
- Design a ‘Kindness’ poster for the wall in your classroom
- Write a poem about helping friends and being kind
- Get together with friends and plan ways to include others
- Look out for others in your class and on the playground. Invite everyone to join in on games and activities
- Ask your teacher about their plans for anti-bullying week – perhaps give them some ideas to raise awareness!
Kindness beats bullying, and so be the example you want to see 😊
