Nomad Conservation Fund

The objects of the cio are to promote, for the benefit of the public: 1. the conservation protection and improvement of the physical and natural environment of tanzania’s national parks by harnessing the support of local communities who live on the periphery of tanzania's national parks by: a. promoting the use of health, education, and local community programs in order to drive conservation goals across some of the most remote and under serviced parts of tanzania b. supporting local communities who live with and beside wild animals on the periphery of tanzania's national parks to preserve habitat and the wilderness through community focused programs that address limited opportunities for basic health services, education & training, and community development c. empowering local communities in general regarding the conservation, protection, and improvement of the physical and natural environment in tanzania d. relieving financial hardship in local communities through provision of support and resources which may include funding, information, support, and advice e. supporting sustainable and ecological tourism practices focused on the conservation of the wilderness and protection and preservation of habitats and wildlife f. educating the public on environmental conservation, sustainability and the protection of the habitat and the wilderness in tanzania 2.the relief of sickness and the preservation of health among people who live on the periphery of tanzania's national parks by providing or facilitating the provision of healthcare services and healthcare education.
