Give Me A Break: Young Carer Day

We are holding a 'Give Me A Break' session for S1s during their form period on Thursday 20 March. 

This event is to raise awareness of young people under 18 who look after a familiy member because of illness, disability or addiction.  Young carers have so much responsibility on their shoulders. They need a break from caring to have time for themselves - maybe for a hobby, or just hanging out with friends.

So this is chance for our S1s to bring in a tasty snack and to have some fun with their class, enjoying a break together in honour of Edinburgh Young Carers during their form period.

This fundraising page is an opportunity to support the work of Edinburgh Young Carers, an organisation that does so much for young carers in our school community and beyond.
