Who are Save the Children?

  • A charity that helps children in the UK and around the world.
  • Started in 1919, right after the First World War.
  • They exist to make the world a better place for children.
  • Save the Children reaches the children who need them most, helping them learn, grow and become who they want to be.
  • Christmas Jumper Day is a fun way for everyone to help with raising money for Save the Children - so they can help as many kids as possible!
  • Last year, the event raised a total of
    £2.8 million to help children in the UK
    and all over the world.
