Young Minds is a leading UK charity focused on improving children's and young people's mental health and emotional wellbeing. They work so that no young person feels alone with their mental health and that they can get the support they need when they need it. Young Minds also produces resources and campaigns to help families understand early signs of distress, manage challenges like anxiety or behaviour challenges and support positive conversations about mental health. 

Throughout Charity week, the children will be completing a mindful run a day! This will take part every morning before they begin their learning to encourage them to start the day with a healthy mind. 

Each child will come home with a sponsor form, parents/carers/ family members and friends can sponsor their child to complete the daily run.  Donations this year will be through mobile/online payment only and can be made through the QR code which will take you to the SuperKind website. The QR codes will be available for you and displayed on our classroom gates/outside our doors.

With your donation, Young Minds can continue to provide young people with the tools they need to look after their mental health. They can empower adults to be the best support they can be to the young people in their lives and they can give young people the space and confidence to get their voices heard and change the world we live in.
