In memory of our beloved Elizabeth Ann Bridgeman, we invite friends and family to make a donation towards bursaries at Haberdashers' Monmouth School.

Ann was born in 1936 and grew up in Cinderford. She was a pupil at Haberdashers' Monmouth School for Girls from 1947-1952 thanks to a scholarship which made it possible to attend. This opportunity meant a great deal to her and, throughout her life, she was grateful for the lasting impact the school had in shaping her future.

The school was founded in 1614 by a legacy which, to this day, helps talented pupils from poorer homes to join the school on bursaries. However, with the cost-of-living crisis preventing more and more families from affording a Haberdashers' Monmouth School education, the school is now doubling down on building a transformational bursaries fund. 

Every pound received by Monmouth School's Charitable Trust in Ann's memory will go directly towards supporting bursaries at the school.
