New Playground Equipment for Windmill

Our playground equipment is looking very tired: some of it needs repairing and some needs replacing entirely. The playframe is used every day by all 630 children, for exercise, socialising, imaginative play, and more. It's a crucial part of our school community. Over the next couple of years, we aim to bring it into tip-top condition for current and future generations of Windmill pupils!

On Wednesday 10 June, we’re launching our fundraising with a full day of sponsored sports activities.

Sponsor your child/ren to complete 5 activities in 45 minutes: running, dancing, throwing, basketball and football.The emphasis will be on taking part, maybe doing something new, and having fun, and we’ll finish with a giant whole-school conga to celebrate everyone’s effort and participation.

Parents will get involved in both the sport and the fundraising by signing up to the Windmill Step Challenge, via Classlist.
