To advance the education of children from birth to five years some of whom have special educational needs through disability, deprivation or otherwise and without prejudice to the generality thereof in particular
(1) to provide safe and satisfying group play in which parents have the right to take part and (11) to promote and support other charitable activities whereby parents and families may help such children in the counties of east and west sussex.
