The advancement of the christian faith the advancement of education the relief of poverty sickness or hardship and other charitable purposes for the benefit of the community in the united kingdom and elsewhere throughout the world by
2.1 the advancement of the christian faith
mainly but not exclusively by means of discipleship of individuals in christian teaching:
support to churches in their ministry and mission;
holding lectures and conferences;
discipleship of business and professional people in the practice of their christian
faith:
teaching and encouraging individuals and churches in prayer and worship.
2.2 advancement of education in africa and other parts of the world
mainly but not exclusively by providing and assisting the provision of education
on christian principles in primary and secondary schools, colleges and
universities; by publishing educational materials and providing extra facilities in
schools, colleges and universities not provided by the statutory authorities.
2.3 the relief of financial hardship of people in need in africa and other parts of
the world
either generally or individually by providing grants of money, goods and services.
2.4 the relief of sickness, poor health and the effects of old age amongst people
in africa and other parts of the world
by providing equipment facilities and services not normally provided by the
statutory authorities.
