To provide advice, care, support and advocacy to young people aged between 11 to 25 years who are experiencing mental and emotional stress and distress as a result of problems arising from their youth, identity, social or economic circumstances; in particular by the provision of quality services that promote their inclusion in society and enable them to participate fully in society as citizens.
