the charity’s objects (“the objects”) are: “to promote the efficiency and effectiveness of charities and non government organisations (ngos), community based organisations, voluntary bodies, other associations, institutions and statutory authorities undertaking charitable activities that would be recognised as such under english law (including the provision of financial and other support as the trustees see fit) working in africa in particular with the aim of reducing the impact of hiv/aids on rural communities so that such communities, parents, guardians and other carers have the capacity, skills and resources to care for orphans and vulnerable children and to provide them with the opportunity to develop to their full potential so that their conditions of life may improve.
