1. to advance the education of children of all ages particularly those with special educational needs , by providing and assisting in the provision of facilities and services to meet their educational, developmental and social welfare needs so that they can achieve their full potential.
2. to provide facilities and services, run in accordance with orthodox jewish practice, to meet the social , recreational and leisure needs of children with special educational needs and their parents, families or carers.
3. the promotion of any other exclusively charitable objects and purposes such as the trustees see fit, provided that they are regarded as charitable by the law of england and wales.
