1) the relief of those in need by reason of age in suffolk and the surrounding area by the provision of a meals on wheels service to assist elderly people who are unable to prepare hot, nutritious meals themselves thereby helping them to live independently in their own homes.

2) the promotion and protection of good health among elderly people in suffolk and the surrounding area by the provision of at home assistance to elderly people on discharge from hospital, working in collaboration with partners to help avoid hospital readmissions and to enable a return to independent living.
