(a) the: (i) prevention or relief of poverty, (ii) advancement of education, (iii) promotion of good health in socially and economically disadvantaged communities by the provision of grants, items, facilities and services to charities, or other organisations working to achieve any or all of such objects, and
(b) such other purposes that are charitable under the laws of england and wales as the trustees in their absolute discretion from time to time think fit.
