(a) the advancement of the christian religion. (b) the care of persons in needwho are homeless or suffering from psychological or physical infirmity, or who, by reason of adverse circumstances or ill health are in need of help in acquiring a settled way of life through the establishment of residential accommodation and other means and to educate and otherwise assist such people so to develop their physical mental and spiritual capacities that they may develop to full maturity as responsible individuals and members of society and that their conditions of life may be improved.
