For the public benefit, the relief of poverty in the north-west of england by collecting and distributing hygiene essentials and toiletries to individuals in need either directly or via other charities or organisations in the north-west of england, in particular but not exclusively by:
(1) assisting those other charities and organisations by the provision of toiletries and other hygiene essentials;
(2) donating toiletries, make-up and grooming products that will improve the conditions of life of such people.
