About BookTrust
We are the UK's largest reading charity and we reach millions of children every year with books, resources and support to get every child reading, regularly and by choice. BookTrust has been delivering it’s services for over 30 years. For millions of children – from those born last week to those who are now young adults – the first book they owned was a gift from BookTrust.

What we do:
- Distribute 3.3 million books to families every year
- Reach every baby in their first year of life
- Provide books in 35 different languages
- Review a new children’s book every day

- Every one of the 185 local authorities across England, Wales and Northern Ireland
- Over half the virtual schools in England
- Over 1,000 children’s centres who work with the most disadvantages families
- Over 20,000 primary and secondary schools including more than 1,000 special schools
