the charity’s objects (“the objects”) are the relief of unemployment for the public benefit particularly amongst disadvantaged persons resident in areas of deprivation in the united kingdom, including young people in educational establishments, ethnic minority groups, women and those with disabilities, in such ways as the trustees may think fit but in particular by:
a) the establishment in life of young persons by the provision of advice, guidance and vocational training;
b) the provision of advice, guidance and vocational training to unemployed individuals to find employment; and
c) the provision of ongoing job search support.
