The relief of poverty for the benefit of people and their animals who are homeless or rough sleepers in southend-on-sea and the surrounding area, in particular but not exclusively;
(a) by providing short term accommodation and supporting and assisting those homeless persons and their animals who want to escape homelessness by providing signposting/advocacy and support to move into more permanent accommodation.
(b) by providing relief to the animals of the homeless through provision of food, water and access to vetinary care.
