1. the alleviation of poverty in the chichester district in particular but not exclusively by providing emergency food supplies to individuals in need and/or charities, or other organisations working to prevent the relief of poverty as a christian ministry as defined in the appendix to this constitution.
2. the alleviation of poverty outside the chichester district in particular but not exclusively by providing emergency food supplies to charities, or other organisations outside the chichester district working to prevent the relief of poverty as a christian ministry as defined in the appendix to this constitution.
