The relief of poverty amongst homeless and former homeless persons within the borough of chorley who are in conditions of need, hardship and distress. in particular but not exclusively by:
1) the provision of a day time drop in centre and night shelter,
2) the provision of an advice, information and support service,
3) the provision of furniture and other household accessories calculated to relieve the need of such persons.
