2.2 the objects of the charity are, for the benefit of the public:
2.2.1 to relieve the suffering of domestic & feral cats, and some other animals, in need of care and attention and, in particular, to provide and maintain rescue homes or other facilities for the reception, care and treatment of such animals in the hope of finding them permanent homes in such ways and in such parts of the united kingdom or the world as the trustees from time to time may think fit.
2.2.2 to preserve public health and to protect the public from nuisance and
distress primarily by promoting high standards of companion animal ownership and the responsible management of domestic, stray and feral cats through neutering in such ways and in such parts of the united kingdom or the world as the trustees from time to time may think fit.
2.2.3 to advance education in such ways and in such parts of the united kingdom or the world as the trustees from time to time may think fit.
