1.the promotion of physical and mental health and wellbeing, particularly, but without limitation to promote the health of prisoners in uk prisons, through providing programmes to enhance nutrition in prisons and promote healthy eating
2.the promotion of education, particularly but without limitation to enable prisoners, ex-offenders and people who work in prisons, to learn about healthy eating and good nutrition, and to develop skills which will promote healthy eating whilst in prison and for their future lives.
