A) for the benefit of the public to relieve the suffering of animals in need of care and attention and, in particular, to provide and maintain rescue homes or other facilities for the reception, care, security, safety, treatment and rehoming of such animals.
b) to advance the education of the public in the care and consideration of animals by enabling the placement of students wishing to learn skills within our organisation from schools, colleges and other training providers and community groups.
c) to relieve the needs of physically or mentally handicapped persons or those with learning disabilities by the provision of placements for recreational and therapeutic activities involving animals.
