About Growing Hope
Growing Hope helps children who need some extra help to do everyday things for themselves, when they struggle to speak or have difficulty with their movement.
You might know a family member, a friend or someone in your class who has a disability or may need extra guidance or help from a teacher, parent or another adult.
Growing Hope's therapists help children in many different ways, such as teaching them to tie their shoelaces, using cutlery or scissors or expressing themselves by how they speak or by playing a musical instrument.
They share hope in Jesus to families who may not normally come to church.

Growing Hope Clinics
One of the amazing things that Growing Hope does is open clinics in churches to provide FREE therapy for children who need it.
You might have a clinic near you. There are three in London, one in Kent, one in Hampshire, one in Buckinghamshire, one in Surrey and one in Yorkshire.
These exist because children have to wait a really, really long time for therapy in hospitals. So Growing Hope has set up clinics to make sure that they get help as soon as possible.
All of our clinics are charities. If you want to raise money for your local clinic, you can do that on Superkind. When you click or tap on Fundraise for Growing Hope (below), you'll need to search for your local Growing Hope charity in the Choose a Charity box on the next page.
How you can support Growing Hope:
Be a Hero for Hope
Perhaps, like Isaac in the picture below, you can raise some money for Growing Hope. Set yourself a challenge like a 2km run, or see if your family can join one of their challenge events (we have some great sponsored obstacle courses)
Be a Host for Hope
Can you bake a mean batch of cookies? Why not bake a batch and sell them at a club, or at church, and give the money you raise to Growing Hope.
Be a Friend for Hope
Many children with additional needs are quite lonely. Sometimes they find it hard to make friends. If you have a child like that in your school, you can make a big difference by trying to be friends, even if it isn't all that easy.
Get your class involved
Hop for Hope is a national campaign that you can take part in. Ask your mum and dad to help you write to info@growinghope.org.uk to find out how getting your class hopping can help children around the country get the help that they need.
