For the public benefit, to preserve and protect the health of and relieve physical or emotional distress amongst parents and families affected by the death of a baby, through pregnancy loss, stillbirth, neonatal death or as an infant by offering care and support through the process of grieving in particular but not exclusively by providing or assisting in the provision of support services to such persons.
