The advancement of education and training in subjects relating to horticultural practice, conservation, diet and nutrition in the area of benefit in such ways as the charity trustees think fit.
including, but not exclusively:
· educating young people in the community about food and nutrition;
· empowering, supporting and inspiring young people to lead healthy lifestyles by learning about food and the integral role it plays in their lives such as cookery club programmes.
· encouraging healthy eating habits, greater physical activity and community connectedness through our programmes.
· developing and sustaining community gardens and love2grow programmes.
· providing training activities which develop young people’s skills, knowledge and capabilities in horticulture, cookery and nutrition.
