3.1 the charity's objects (objects) are for the benefit of the public generally, and in particular the inhabitants of suffolk and its surrounding areas, and are: 3.1.1 to promote and assist in promoting community participation in healthy recreation; 3.1.2 to further and assist in the education (on a social and physical basis) of children attending schools within the suffolk and surrounding area through the use of the game of football and other sports activities as educational tools; 3.1.3 to advance and assist in advancing the education of children and young people attending schools in suffolk and the surrounding area by the provision, at venues selected or approved by the charity, of meetings, lectures, classes and activities for the benefit of such children and young people and by the provision of educational materials for distribution to such children and young people; 3.1.4 to promote social inclusion for the public benefit by preventing people from becoming socially excluded (unemployment; financial hardship; youth or old age; ill health (physical or mental)), relieving the needs of those people who are socially excluded and assisting them to integrate into society; 3.1.5 to provide or assist in providing facilities for recreation and other leisure time occupation in the interests of social welfare and with the object of improving the conditions of life for those whom the facilities are provided; 3.1.6 to act as a resource for young people in suffolk and the surrounding area by providing advice, assistance and organising programmes of physical, educational and other activities as a means of: 3.1.6.1 advancing in life and helping young people by developing their skills, capacities and capabilities to enable them to participate in society as independent, mature and responsible individuals, and 3.1.6.2 advancing education; and 3.1.7 to promote any other purpose which is charitable according to english law.
