(1) the charity’s objects (“objects”) are specifically restricted to the following:
a) the charity aims to provide relief to adults in north yorkshire and teesside with
complex needs by reason of disability by providing high quality living
accommodation and care and by the provision of respite facilities, advice and
services for those who care for them.
b) the charity will re-invest profits from the provision of services into furthering the
charitable purposes of the charity.
