4.1 to take over all, or such part as can be legally vested in the charity of the assets and liabilities of the unincorporated charitable association known as manchester & district home for lost dogs;
4.2 the care of and collection of stray and unwanted dogs including the care of injured dogs and humane destruction;
4.3 to encourage, facilitate and promote the benefits of responsible dog ownership and other charitable purposes ancillary thereto and to carry out the said charitable purposes.
