1) the relief of unemployment for the public benefit in such ways as may be thought fit, including assistance to find employment
2) to advance in life and help young people through providing support and activities which develop their skills, capacities and capabilities to enable them to participate in society as mature and responsible individuals
3) the protection and preservation of the environment for the public benefit by:
a) the promotion of textile waste reduction, re-use, recycling, use of recycled products and use of surplus;
b) advancing the education of the public about aspects of waste generation, waste management and waste recycling
c) the relief of financial hardship by recycling and provision of clothes and other household items
