1) the relief of poverty, sickness and disability and the advancement of health by providing or assisting in the provision of housing, accomodation, care, financial assistance and other items, services and facilities to beneficiaries.
2)”beneficiaries” means (i) primarily persons of the jewish faith: and also (ii) persons connected or associated with the jewish community as the trustee sees fit; and (iii) such other persons as the trustee sees fit; all of whom are (a) elderly, infirm or disabled; and (b) in need of care or assistance.
