The charity is established:
1. to foster and promote the improvement development and maintenance of artistic knowledge and understanding and appreciation of the arts including dance, digital arts, literature, music, performance arts and visual arts among the inhabitants of great britain and in particular among the residents of bracknell forest and the surrounding locality, in particular but not exclusively by providing facilities for the education of the public in the fields of art craft music and drama;
2. for the benefit of the residents of bracknell forest and the surrounding locality, without distinction of sex, sexual orientation, race or of political, religious or other opinions by associating together the said residents and the local authorities, voluntary and other organisations in a common effort to advance education; and
3. in particular for the benefit of the residents of bracknell forest and the surrounding locality, the promotion and the provision of recreational and other leisure time facilities in the interests of social welfare and with the object of improving their conditions of life.
provided that all objects of the charity shall be of a charitable nature (together, the “objects”).
