(i) the preservation of rare breeds of animal for the benefit of the public, in particular the suffolk punch breed of horse.
(ii) to advance the education of the public regarding the agricultural and natural heritage of the county of suffolk.
(iii) to promote the rehabilitation and re-settlement of offenders and ex-offenders within the county of suffolk.
(iv) to provide in the interests of social welfare a public open space for the use of the inhabitants of the county of suffolk and surrounding areas.
