The objects of the cio are for the public benefit, the advancement of amateur ice track sports including bobsleigh, luge and skeleton by: 3.1 advancing the education in the sport of young people under the age of 25 years by the provision of grants, funding and support so as to enable them to fulfil their potential; 3.2 the relief generally of young persons who are physically or mentally disabled from their disabilities by facilitating their participation in amateur ice track sporting events.
