To relieve poverty among homeless persons and rough sleepers living in the humber region and the city of kingston upon hull who are in need, hardship and distress on account of their social and economic circumstances, in particular but not exclusively by helping assist in the provision of temporary accommodation, information, advice, employment and education assistance and advice, also signposting on issues related to healthcare, addiction and housing.
