1. the advancement of education of vulnerable children (inclusive of abandoned, abused, neglected, orphaned and homeless) and their families affected by hiv/aids, poverty or abuse in port elizabeth, the republic of south africa, including by providing access to academic tutoring and essential educational resources
2. the advancement of health of vulnerable children (inclusive of abandoned, abused, neglected, orphaned and homeless)and their families affected by hiv/aids, poverty or abuse in port elizabeth, the republic of south africa, including by facilitating and funding access to psychological counselling and medical intervention
3. the provision of relief of financial hardship, including providing welfare support, to individuals and families in port elizabeth, the republic of south africa
4. supporting the charitable work of ubuntu education fund of ebhayi (npc), a charity incorporated in the republic of south africa with registration number 2001/018358/08
