(b) to undertake research on the preservation of all species of aquatic mammals and to publish the results of such research
(c) to work towards the elimination of all forms of cruelty to and abuse of aquatic mammals whether in the wild or in captivity
and
(d) to preserve and conserve aquatic mammals.
