3. the objects of the charity are:
3.1 the rescue, care and rehabilitation of wild creatures of all kinds which are unable to fend for themselves for reasons of sickness, injury, abandonment or suffering;
3.2 the promotion for the benefit of the public of the conservation, protection and improvement of the natural environment, including the natural habitat of wild creatures of all kinds, and the promotion of biodiversity;
3.3 the promotion of humane behaviour towards animals by:
3.3.1 educating the public in matters pertaining to animal welfare in general and the protection of wild animals and their natural habitat in particular;
3.3.2 providing advice, assistance, training and support to members of the public and/or organisations who require such advice, assistance, training and support in connection with animal welfare; and
3.3.3 undertaking research into matters pertaining to animal welfare in general and the protection of wild animals and their natural habitat in particular.
