SuperKind Fundraising Ltd is a social enterprise. Our fundraising platform supports our 100% not-for-profit education platform (SuperKind Education C.I.C.).

Administration Fees
Platform fee: 0% – we do not charge charities, fundraisers, schools, or anyone else to use SuperKind.
Credit/debit card processing: 1.2% + 20p per donation, charged directly by our payment processor Stripe. This is the lowest standard UK card processing fee on the market and goes straight to Stripe, not SuperKind.
Gift Aid processing: 4% of the Gift Aid amount, retained by Charities Trust to cover admin time.
Other fees: None. We do not charge charities, schools/PTAs, or young people any setup fee, there is no monthly fee, and we do not retain any interest on donations while they are being processed.
Who covers the fees? The card processing fees are taken from the donation amount, and 100% of the net donation goes to the charity. We do not oblige donors to pay anything on top of their donation to cover fees, but donors can choose to add an optional “tip” to support the running of the SuperKind platform. This tip helps fund our mission and maintain our 0% platform fee.
