As a school we want to continue to empower every member of our community to be outward looking and to DO something positive to make a difference!
The fundraising we do is just one way we can make that positive difference to others.
Each year our students vote for a charity to support as a year group and they will be organising various events throughout the year including the annual Christmas Bazaar, Colour Run and Summer Fair as well as other fabulous student led projects…I look forward to seeing what this year brings!
Our Amnesty International Club have been working to support Amnesty through learning about their global causes, increasing awareness and raising money over the past 4 years and we are pleased to continue to support them this year.
For 2025-2026 Year 10 have selected to raise funds for Thinking of Oscar. This is a charity that is close to the hearts of our students as it was set up by the family of one of our students, therefore they want to do something to help!
With the charities aims close to the heart of students and staff alike the sixth form have been supporting this charity sinch Feb 2025 and look forward to continuing to raise more funds this academic year.
For 2025-2026 Year 7 have selected to raise funds for WaterAid. They believe water is a basic human right are were shocked to hear some of the worldwide figures about people living without it! Therefore they want to do something to help!
For 2025-2026 Year 11 have selected to raise funds for The Brain Tumour Charity. This is a charity that is close to the hearts of our students as it significantly impacted their families over the last few years. Therefore they want to do something to help!
For 2025-2026 Year 9 have selected to raise funds for Homeless Oxfordshire. This is a charity that was put forwards by a number of students and they really want to help local people in need!
For 2025-2026 Year 8 have selected to raise funds for Dementia Oxfordshire. This is a charity that is close to the hearts of a number of students as Dementia has significantlly impacted their families over the last few years. Therefore they want to do something to help!
