Happy Shoesday

Happy Shoesday is coming on Tuesday 19 May! As part of Living Streets’ Walk to
School Week, our school will be taking part in Happy Shoesday, a fun fundraising day
in support of Living Streets, the UK charity for everyday walking. On Tuesday 19 May
2026, children are invited to come to school wearing any shoes that make them feel
happy (or change into them at school). These could be colourful, sparkly, decorated,
cosy, sporty or delightfully quirky — anything that puts a smile on their face!
We are asking families to donate what they can to support the day.
Half of the money raised will go directly to our school, and the other half will support
Living Streets’ vital work campaigning for safer, more walkable streets for all children.

SuperKind is a secure and reliable way to maximise donations to your chosen charity:

All donations are processed by our established partners Stripe and Charities Trust. SuperKind never handles your donations.

Our payment partner, Stripe, deducts a processing fee of 1.2% + 20p from all donations made with a major UK or EU card (other cards, including American Express, may incur higher fees). This goes straight to them (not to SuperKind) and is the lowest fee on the market. 100% of the net amount goes to your chosen charities.
