2026 Ashmead PTA Fun Run

Join us for the 2026 Sponsored Fun Run and help us raise funds for Ashmead School!

We’re excited to announce our Sponsored Fun Run on Sunday 17th May 2026 at Ladywell Arena. This is an amazing opportunity for our children to take part in something special while helping raise funds for their school.

Come along for a day of fun, fitness, and food, and be part of something truly special!

The money we raise will contribute towards this year's priorities, including improving the school buildings and grounds with brilliant new art and planting projects, as well as enrichment activities for our children like author visits and school trips.

But even more important than raising money is bringing families together and enjoying ourselves as a school community!

You can come along to the festival even if you don't want to compete. There will be fun games for everyone and plenty of food and drinks available. All runners will receive a medal and there's free entry if you're not competing.

How can you help?

  • Sign up for the fun run! Children will be able create their own fundraiser pages to collect sponsorship from family, friends, and the wider community. Every step they take in the run helps bring us closer to our goal!
  • Sponsor a runner! If you’re unable to attend, you can still support by sponsoring a participant. Your donation will go directly towards achieving our 2026 goals.
  • Cheer on the runners! Please come along on the day to cheer on the runners and (hopefully) enjoy some good weather. There will be food and drinks available.
