🛝 Help Us Build a New Playground for Our Infants

For over a year, our youngest children have had no access to outdoor play equipment. Their playground was deemed unsafe and closed off — leaving behind broken structures and a fenced-off reminder of what they’ve lost.

Instead of climbing, sliding, and laughing together, our infants now face barriers where joy used to be.

But there’s hope.

Our school has identified the perfect replacement: safe, inclusive equipment designed to support physical development, creativity, and imaginative play. The total cost is £18,000, and the Association Of Parents And Friends Of Our Lady Of Lourdes School (APF) has already committed £6,000 from our surplus funds and are planning on dedicated fundraising events throughout this campaign to help us get closer to the remaining £12,000 target, but...

This will not be possible without the help of our amazing school community to help us make this dream a reality.

• Replace broken structures with modern, durable equipment
• Create a safe, stimulating outdoor space for all infant pupils
• Support the wellbeing, confidence, and creativity of our youngest learners for years to come

Plus Room campaign to try and raise £1,500!

We have partnered with Plus Rooms to run a campaign to try and raise £1,500 which will go straight to our fundraiser pot if we can provide 50 addresses where they can put up their advertising boards from 2 February to 16 March. The boards will advertise our playground fundraising campaign. They will NOT say your house is for sale. The boards will need soft ground or a fence/gate to erect boards on. If you can help, please complete this form.
