Come and join the CVJS Colour Run

Wednesday 9th July 2025   3.30pm - 4.30pm

The CVJS Colour Run is open to everyone . . . . pupils, siblings, parents, carers, grandparents, uncles, aunties, family friends . . . . everyone!

Cost:

This is a fundraising event. The suggested donation (entrance fee) is £5 per person. If you would like to donate more, then that would be amazing! If you want to donate, but not take part, then this is absolutely fine too. Just click to donate!

The Run:

Each participant will be invited to run or walk 2 laps of the school field. There will be powder stations around the course - designed to cover all participants in coloured powder! Course marshals will direct all participants. No previous experience necessary! Take it at your own pace and do as much or as little as you like.

What to Wear:

Participants should wear clothing that they are happy to get messy! A white t-shirt is best. ALL ENTRANTS will need to wear eye protection (sunglasses, swimming goggles, etc). See the waiver form below for more information.

Fundraising:

All money raised from this event will be used for our library refurbishment project. We hope to install murals, buy book-inspired furniture and purchase some new reading books for the children at Churchdown Village Junior School. Our initial target is £1,000. If we can beat this, then the more books we can buy!

How to Enter the Run:

PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL PARTICIPANTS ENTERING THE EVENT MUST FILL IN AN ENTRY & WAIVER FORM BEFORE TAKING PART.  FAMILIES CAN ENTER MORE THAN ONE NAME ON THE SAME FORM. IF CHILDREN ARE RUNNING ALONE, A PARENT OR CARER MUST COMPLETE THE FORM FOR THEIR CHILD(REN). THANK YOU.
