As part of our World Bee Day celebrations at Davenies on Thursday 15th May, we are excited to announce a special non-uniform day! We are inviting the boys to dress as our favourite pollinators — bumblebees! This can be as simple as wearing something yellow and black, stripy clothing, or even adding fun accessories like wings or antennae.
This event is in support of the Bee Friendly Trust, a UK-based charity dedicated to creating habitats for honeybees and other pollinators, particularly in urban areas. Their mission is to raise awareness of the vital role bees play in biodiversity and food security, while providing practical solutions to support declining bee populations.
