🎉🚶‍♂️ Walk to School Week is Here (19 -23 May)  – and It’s Bigger Than Ever! 🚴‍♀️🛴

It’s that time of year again — when we celebrate the amazing health, social, and planet-friendly benefits of walking, scootering, or cycling to school! Not only does it help reduce traffic around the gates, but it’s also a great way to get moving, chat with friends, and start the day with a smile. 😊

But wait… there’s more!
The incredible Friends of Ad Astra PTA have gone the extra mile to make this week truly unforgettable. Every morning, join us for a magical mascot walk with special guests including a panda, a dinosaur, Super Mario, Puddle the duck  — and a few surprise characters too! 🦖🍄✨

📍 Meet us outside the Haymoor Pub
🕣 We set off at 8:20am
We’ll stroll together through the underpass and into school.
🚨 Please note: Parents/carers must stay with their children during the walk.

💛 Every step your child takes can helps raise funds for exciting things like new school resources, support for school trips, snacks for Sports Days, and more — all thanks to donations raised by you.
