Daffodil Day 2026

As well as Marie Curie charity, Daffodil House is supporting Cats Protection this year. Cats Protection helps thousands of cats and kittens every year, from finding them loving homes to offering advice and support to owners. 

On Daffodil day, in Upper School, our House Captains and Year 6 Daffodil girls will be leading some games such as "Guess the name of the bear"; "Guess how many sweets in the jar"; "Pin the tail on the cat"; "Spin the wheel" and other small games. 

At break time, there will be cupcakes, donated by girls in Daffodil. The home made cupcakes will be judged on their decoration and the winner will get a prize. Themes are Daffodils, yellow flowers or cats. 

In Junior House, girls will receive a Daffodil Day sticker and will get to enter a "design a daffodil" competition, which will be judged by the House Captains. 

All High March girls will be allowed to wear their own clothes with a touch of yellow, orange, white or gold.

We would welcome a donation of £5 per child in Upper School and £2 per child in Junior House, to raise money for our two charities.
